Britespan Building Systems from Ontario Canada contacted us with a client that wanted a new fabric building from them. We contacted Town and Country Plumbing and Heating, and designed, delivered and installed a storage building for them. They acquired two Hi-Boy containers on which we erected the building in their in City yard. We supplied and installed the color coordinated roll up overhead door and man door.
Western Specialty Structures in Utah contacted us to recover an existing building on the Bayer (formerly Monsanto) processing plant site near Soda Springs Idaho. In November 2018 we removed the remaining original fabric and replaced it with 15 new fabric panels.
Heartland Equipment Rentals in Rifle Colorado asked us to supply a new GuardAll (manufactured in Texas) 60′ x 96′ fabric building for a new equipment rental site they are building. We designed and drafted the slab on grade foundation and secured the design and supply of a PEX in floor heating system. We sourced a waste oil boiler as the heat source, with the overall system design to allow for hot water for pressure washing equipment as well as potentially heating adjacent office space. We designed an office building that can be site built, and integrated into the fabric building. We are expecting the delivery of the fabric building in December 2018.
